GB-Rickmansworth: HR Organisational Development Consultancy Support

Three Rivers District Council ("the Council") has recently completed work to develop a new Values and Behaviours Framework for the Council.

With the framework now in place the Council wishes to undertake further engagement work with staff and managers to land and embed these new values and behaviours and is seeking a Consultant from Specialized Organisational practitioners to do so.

A Summary of the Services required are as follows:

• Support with the design and implementation of a communications plan to support the launch and embedding on the Councils new Values and Behaviours Framework Design.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive staff and management training programme to support the embedding of the new Values and Behaviours framework within 1:1s and the annual Professional Development Review (PDRs) programme.
• Produce a final report on the activities undertaken, their results and feedback with suitable analysis to inform recommendations which officers may make to the Senior Leadership Team.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
