GB-London: Head of the UK Delegation to European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI)

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports (DCMS) wishes to appoint a Head of UK Delegation to the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) for the period November 2017 to October 2020, with a possible extension from November 2020 to October 2023. We will put in place a call off contract with a single provider to provide the services outlined.

The Head of UK Delegation (HOD) to the European Telecommunications Standards Institute will lead and guide the UK Delegation and thus will effectively be representing the UK. The UK delegation is composed of ETSI members who have registered the UK as their place of operation.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
