Supply & Fit including Styling of Wigs Service (Any Qualified Provider) - CHS4/2017-17

City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust (CHSFT) (hereinafter called \"the Trust\") wishes to commission a Supply & Fit including Styling of Wigs Service.

The objective of this service is to support patients who require wigs in order to help with medical hair loss

This exercise will be undertaken as part of an Any Qualified Procurement (AQP) procurement in which a number of Suppliers may be successful. Please note there is no guarantee of activity.

Other NHS Organisations may utilise the list of Any Qualified Providers who are successful in this procurement exercise at any point during the course of the contract period.

The Trust may look to re-open this tender to allow suppliers who have not bid or have been un-successful this time round to be part of the AQP list during the course of the contract.

The contract is for an initial 2 years with effect from 1st November 2017, with an option to extend for a further 1 year at the discretion of the Trust and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance.

Please note the deadline for submission of all tender returns is 12 noon on 30th June 2017.
