description
On an annual basis the University embarks on a programme of refurbishment of student accommodation. The Village accommodation has undergone a programme of refurbishment over the last few years, 224 rooms remain which are planned to be refurbished over the 222 and 223 summer break. The University requires a supplier to provide bedroom furniture for these rooms.
- houses contained within the Nelson and Constable Terraces accommodation are due for refurbishment over the 2024 and 2025 summer breaks. The University requires a supplier to design and supply kitchens for these refurbishments.
This requirement will be sourced using a mini competition through the following framework:
