North Somerset Council are looking to tender for architectural services to support development disposal for approximately 180 apartments and ground floor retail and leisure uses within prime regeneration site. We are seeking an architect to achieve marketable and deliverable planning consents as well as provide background technical information and solutions to allow developers and investors to bid for each of the sites.
