GB-Barking: Demolition of 130-159 St.Mary's, Gascoigne Estate, Barking

The Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the demolition of a 6 storey block that forms 130 – 159 St Marys, Barking, Essex IG11 together with a number of retail units that occupy the ground floor.

The works also include isolation and capping off of existing electricity, gas, water and telephone services serving the properties, including the management of meter removals from individual properties

Interested parties should note that the successful contractor will be appointed utilsing an NFDC form of contract (as amended)
