description

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (the Council) has 42 buildings which rely in part or in whole on the efficient running of an oil-fired boiler system for the provision of the facilities hot water requirements. To ensure the effective and efficient running of these systems the Council engages with a competent contractor to undertake biannual inspection/servicing of each of the oil boiler systems (boiler, pump, pipelines and storage tank). The Council also engages the same contractor to provide emergency breakdown cover for these oil-fired boiler systems to minimise the downtime for their operation.

The Council invites OFTEC registered contractors to tender for the servicing and repair of oil-fired central heating boilers at the Council Properties.
