Newry, Mourne and Down District Council ('The Council') requires the construction of a tree nursery & growing area in Castlewellan Forest Park which can be utilised by various staff and community organisations. It will consist of gravel access and working surfaces, several raised planters & subtle pressure timber retaining structures, with perimeter fencing and renewed access gateways.
A simple to use site which integrates into the wider landscape and fits with the wider programme of works in Castlewellan Forest Park is essential.
