description

The North East Combined Authority (NECA) is the accountable body for the North East Local enterprise Partnership (North East LEP).

Sunderland City Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP) / NECA is seeking to commission an appropriately qualified consultant(s) to undertake the interim evaluation of the North East Strategic Economic Plan.

To support the delivery of the SEP objectives and targets, the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) intends that this evaluation will assess the effectiveness and impact of the delivery of the SEP from its publication in 2014 including its programmes and funds, and the North East LEP itself in the number of roles it plays in supporting the economy.

Bidding companies must note that the North East LEP / NECA may also have future requirements which fall within the scope of this framework, which may be called-off as and when required throughout the duration of the framework.

This will be a single supplier framework.
