Homes England - Norton Crossing Cottage Demolition (Wharford Farm)

Homes England is seeking to appoint a demolition contractor to carry out general site clearance, asbestos removal, demolition and making good of the site of Norton Crossing Cottage located off Red Brow Lane, Runcorn.

Following the demolition works, the contractor shall undertake reclamation works which comprise the removal of the former ground slab prior to excavation within the footprint of the boundary shown on the contract drawings to expose and remove all former footings, foundations and below ground obstructions to full depth below ground level.
