ESCC - RFQ - RBM - Refurbishment of Amenity Blocks 9 and 10 at Batts Bridge Traveller site.

This is for the refurbishment of Two Amity blocks at Batts Bridge Traveller site, Batts Bridge Rd, Maresfield, Uckfield TN22 .

The Pitch 9 Amenity Block has suffered extensive fire damage to the internals of the building. Pitch 10 Amenity Block has damage, the internal kitchenware has also been removed.

Each Amity Block features a kitchen area and a bathroom.

Contractors will need to attend site prior to quotation to satisfy themselves with the level of work required. Contact to be made with the requester prior to site attendance.

Work will include -

Complete refurbishment of Pitch 9 Amenity Block due to fire damage including electrical and plumbing work.

Refurbishment and replacement sanitary ware and kitchen units in Pitch 10 Amenity Block.
