NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) are working on behalf of NHS Southport & Formby CCG and NHS South Sefton CCG who wish to make a direct award for an Independent provider of Ophthalmology Services for patients living in the CCG areas. The services due to be provided are:

This Notice is to confirm NHS Southport & Formby CCG's and NHS South Sefton CCG's intention to award a contract for an Independent provider of Ophthalmology Services to iSight Limited. This contract was awarded to commence on 1st April 2021 and is a 6-month contract with the option to extend by a further 6 months.

Additional information: This Contract Award Notice is published under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. It is for clinical services which are Light Touch Regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations ('Regulations'). Accordingly, the contracting authority is only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The contracting authority is not voluntarily following any other part of the Regulations.
