The Council is looking to enter into an agreement for the marketing for sale or lease of Council owned property, surplus operational property, miscellaneous residential property and land when required by marketing and sale on the open market by:- Auction, Private Treaty, Sealed offer (informal tender) or formal tender, Sales by single party negotiation, Lettings on the open market.

Additional information: This tender opportunity closes at 12 noon on 30th March 2015.The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
