Invitation to Tender Design, Supply and install bespoke concrete batching plant.

ARC Marine Ltd is an innovative marine engineering company specialising in artificial reef design, construction, deployment, and monitoring. They manufacture their patented Reef Cube carbon neutral concrete products to supply for many sub-sea commercial purposes.

ARC Marine LTD, is seeking to commission a new concrete manufacturing batching plant for our Cornish premises to process secondary aggregates/sand materials into a concrete mix to supply material to a wet cast precast mould process. All machinery and equipment for this plant is to be designed, manufactured, and installed by the applicant company to meet the requirements for ARC Marine Ltd.

The batching plant will need to be suitable for use with high alkali materials. Be made using high UK content to keep CO2 footprint low and be installed and operational by the 31st of March 2022. Delivery to St Austell, Cornwall, PL26 7YP.

The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only.
