The Police & Crime Commissioner for Devon & Cornwall and Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) are planning the sale of disposable land and property at Heavitree Road, Exeter, Devon, to include the Police Station and Magistrates Courts.
The site is approximately 1.29 ha (3.19 acres) and occupies a prominent position on Heavitree Road at its junction with Gladstone Road, close to Waitrose and the St Luke's University of Exeter Campus.
