L&Q are looking for a service provider for Court Advocacy Services.
The service provider will be expected to attend all court hearings on our behalf across all boroughs and courts. L&Q currently refer around 1100 cases per annum to court for non-payment of rent. Courts range from Uxbridge to Brighton to Ispwich. The successful supplier will be legally trained and able to argue case law and dispute and have a proven track record of successful court hearing attendance and outcome.
