WDC - Annual Victorian Evening Event - Organise and deliver the

Warwick District Council is seeking an organisation to work in partnership to help organise and deliver the annual Warwick Victorian Evening that takes place in November. The event attracts an estimated 8,000 people during a 4 hour period and is Warwick District Councils flagship Christmas event. This agreement will entitle the provider the sole rights to manage the market aspect of the Warwick Victorian Evening which takes place on Thursday 30th November 2017.

The stalls will be split between food traders, arts & craft stalls, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks providers, and charity stalls from local charities within Warwick District. The split of stalls is to be agreed with Warwick District Council prior to commencement of the contract. We expect Charity stalls to be charged at a lower rate than other stalls for this event. All stalls will be provided by you and will include covers and lighting. If any stalls require electricity then you will provide this for the trader.

The successful organisation will need to demonstrate a commitment to the Victorian Evening theme at all times, both in relation to all stall bookings, and also stall décor during the event
