Flat Roof Replacement & Associated Works
Location: Brockholes Wood CP School, Brant Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 5TU.
Primarily, the works comprise the removal of existing sections of flat roof covering (as noted on the tender drawings) and replacing with new Bauderflex two layer, self-adhered, bitumen membrane waterproofing system manufactured by Bauder Limited.
