Bristol City Council is wishing to procure Pitched & Flat Roof Renewal works to properties on Cyclical Maintenance Programmes and to properties requiring urgent roof replacement.
An average of 200 roofs are currently renewed each year. This is subject to available funding and roofs requiring renewal.
