NUN - Ashby Court - Garage Roof Renewals

This contract is for the renewal of 2 blocks of garage roof required as there as various leaks and damage to the current soffits and fascias. The current drainage off the roof is inadequate and will be re-designed as there is also issues with garages flooding in heavy rain. The Soffits are asbestos and will require removal by a licensed contractor.
