description

The University of Exeter is seeking bids for provision of the institution’s Leadership Programme, to run annually for the next 3 years, beginning spring/summer 2022. Each year we would expect around 100 leaders to go through the programme, with mixed participation across Academic and Professional Services staff.

This is our gateway programme into ongoing development and is intended for established people managers, those new to the role or identified in succession planning and aims to build mastery through a structured programme to produce self-aware, emotionally intelligent, culturally competent, inclusive and compassionate leaders. Alumni of the programme will go on to join our ongoing Leadership Academy that will include further development in key leadership topics.
