| 1. | The scope of requirement is to: |
| • | provide, install 6 colour multifunctional printers across 4 sites |
| • | Removal of one large plotter printer. |
| • | Three year support arrangement for the printers with options to extend of a further two years. |
Detailed Requirements:
Multifunction Printer
| 2. | The Supplier shall provide six colour Multifunction Printers with a similar specification to: |
| • | A3 25ppm Duplex Copy/print/Scan PCL5c/6 DADF, 3 Trays Total 1140 Sheets, Stand |
| • | 2000 Sheet Office Finisher LX |
| • | Multi Card Reader Common RFID-Kit |
| • | Stand (if desktop) |
| 3. | The Supplier should propose a model which is not likely to be end of life in the near future. |
| 4. | The Supplier shall install the Multifunctional Printers at each site and will be supported either remotely or onsite by a Commission DDaT colleague. |
| 5. | The Supplier should provide full details of the Multifunctional Printer recommended within the quality response including any software required/recommended. Note the supplier may provide more than one model and explain difference between each. The Commission is keen to reduce it's energy consumption so details around this should be detailed. |
| 6. | The Multifunctional Printers will be purchased outright. |
| 7. | Whilst the Commission does not anticipate the need for any further Multifunctional Printers during the Call-Off Contract term, the Commission may use the Call-Off Contract to order these. |
| 8. | The existing Multifunctional Printers the Commission uses will be decommissioned by the incumbent. |
