HCC - 09/18 - The Provision of Consultancy Services for the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP)

Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is focused on helping to drive forward sustainable economic growth - with local business, education providers, the third sector and the public sector working together to achieve this. We help to foster the relationships for partnership working to flourish.

Our aim is to create the right conditions to "accelerate business-led economic growth in Hertfordshire" and for the county to become a world-leading economy; one of the top three in the country outside London.

At present Hertfordshire LEP funds a number of different consultancy arrangements. We would like to consolidate these arrangements into a single Contract with the aim of providing better value for money and in order to ensure a more joined-up approach between the different Lots making up the Contract. To that end we are looking to appoint a single Contractor to each Lot which has been split as follows;

Lot 1 - Economic Development Strategy and Economic Research Lot 2 - Project Development and Feasibility Lot 3 - Project Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Lot 4 - Planning & Transport Policy Advice

This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
