Senior Educator Faculty Leadership Programme

Health Education England would like to commission a two-day practical Leadership Programme which will build upon the maturity of leadership already existing in the Senior Educator Faculty and upon the engagement and goodwill already established but aiming to provide new tools and approaches of navigating the challenges faced by these individuals on a regular basis.

The content and delivery can be guided and informed by the members of the Senior Educators but we have an outline of points to consider listed further below based on feedback discussed with the group. Following this continuous professional development there will be the expectation of putting learning into leadership practice from the Senior Faculty.

The total contract value shall not exceed the available budget of £225,000.00 (excluding VAT) over the 5 full year contract.

The contract period will be for (36) months, with the option to extend for a further (24) months subject to annual review and available budget.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 2nd May 2023 12:00hrs (midday).

The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT.
