Provision of Catering Services to Gosport Discovery Centre.

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Provision of Catering Services to Gosport Discovery Centre

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to establish a Contract whereby the Provision of Catering Services to Gosport Discovery Centre will take place. The Council's intention is to award this contract to one primary contractor, to deliver all service requirements as per the specification.

The estimated Contract commencement date is the 1st November 2018. The Contract will be let for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend on an annual basis to a total maximum term of 5 years.

The centre's catering services currently generates sales in the region of £6k - £7K on a monthly bases and as part of this NIL subsidy contract we are expecting a minimum contribution of £1,000 on a monthly bases to cover the cost of facilities management being provided by the site on behalf of Hampshire County Council.

The Contract will commence on 01 November 2018 and will be for a period of 3 years (with the option to extend for a further 2 years).

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 hrs on Friday 07 September 2018.
