HIV Support Service - Brent

NWL CCG requires HIV Support Services in the Brent borough.

These services include:

Counselling / Talking Therapies;

Pain Management Therapies;

Life Coaching; and Wellbeing Groups.

These HIV Services are:

Available in a range of one-to-one and group formats as appropriate, including face-to-face, telephone and online support.

Delivered from venues accessible for people with disabilities and who use

wheelchairs.

Equitable to all people living with and affected by HIV.

Accessible by public transport.

Considerate of the demographic profile and accommodating of diversity in a sensitive and inclusive manner.

Targeted to those individuals and groups most affected by HIV, adapting focus as necessary throughout the lifetime of the contract.

Delivered in English but considerate of those for whom English is not their first language.

Delivered at a wide variety of times to meet need, including weekdays and weekends.

Supportive of people who request urgent help.

The contract has been awarded to Living Well International Community following market engagement to invite capable providers. Living Well International Community has been established as the only capable provider.
