Provide all professional services needed for the successful delivery and completion of the planned maintenance programme:
Work Type
| • | Fabric - Roofs, Walls, Doors, Windows, Fire Safety, Toilet Refurbishments and Structural repairs etc. (not minor works like internal decorations or flooring coverings etc.) |
| • | M&E - Boilers, Calorifiers, Pipework, Emitters, Electrical rewiring, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Switchgear and LED lighting. |
| • | External works - play areas, playgrounds, stairs & ramps car parks fencing lighting, retaining walls etc. |
| • | Emergency works |
Professional Services Required
| • | Provide all professional services needed for the successful delivery and completion of the PMP programme: |
| • | Design - Architect, MEP Engineer, Structural Engineer, Principal Designer (CDM), Fire Engineer, Planning Consultant |
| • | Works Procurement and evaluation |
| • | Works Delivery - PM and Cost Management and Contract Administrator |
| • | Quality Management - CoW and CA |
| • | Design, manage and deliver PMP 2022/23 (see attached) as Year 1 projects |
| • | Review long list of projects and prioritise & programme in accordance with the priority scoring (2023-2025) |
