The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Council) intends to release a tender for a contract for the development of a User Led Organisation, to provide advocacy and quality improvement services for people with learning disabilities. The contract will commence on 1st June 2018 and will be for an initial period of 3 years. The tender will be released on the London Tenders Portal and is expected to be released in early January 2018. Please see the attached draft specification for details of the upcoming requirement. This advert is not a call for competition and you do not need to express interest through the portal; this notice is intended to be advance notification only. Please note that the specification may be subject to change prior to releasing the tender.
