description
The purpose of this commission is to look beyond current infrastructure plans to identify potential future infrastructure requirements for the Humber. The work shall culminate in a report that shall be published as part of the Humber Local Industrial (LIS) evidence base and recommendation of priorities in the LIS. Before the final report is published the successful Supplier will be expected to meet with the Humber Policy group to discuss progress and report initial findings.
For the purposes of this quotation, infrastructure includes:

| • | Digital infrastructure |
| • | Green & blue infrastructure and natural capital (climate change mitigation - including flood mitigation, defences and resilience) |
