This notice is issued to those whom have expressed their interest to secure their place on preferred supplier list within the Pseudo DPS tender to Peterborough City Council to provide Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care Services as described in the Specification included within the Terms and Conditions, including their professional advisers and other parties essential to preparing a tender for the Contracts (the "Tender") and for no other purpose.
Additional information:
The Pseudo DPS will be opened for new providers to apply or previously unsuccessful providers to re-apply.
The Council would give any economic operator, throughout the entire period of validity of the Pseudo DPS, the possibility of requesting to participate in the system and that the Pseudo DPS shall remain open throughout the period of validity of the purchasing system to any economic operator that satisfies the selection criteria.
The contract is for 10 years with an option to extend to further 10 years. The value of the contract reflect 20 years.
