The construction of a new single storey traditional build changing room block at Britannia Park, comprising:

Site strip and reduced level excavations Strip and pad foundations

Blockwork and facing brickwork insulated cavity external walls PPC aluminium external windows and doors Timber roof trusses

Concrete tile roof covering

PPC aluminium gutters and fascia's

External canopy

Blockwork internal partitions

New wall, floor and ceiling finishes

New sanitary ware

Fixed furniture and equipment

Mechanical & electrical services installations External works including drainage, hard and soft landscaping

Contractor designed elements, as per the Contractor's Designed Portion(s) - Employer's Requirements.
