description
The proposed contract is for the supply of company financial analysis reports to Highways England. These will be used in various financial assessments undertaken by the Highways England Finance Directorate and also to assist the Highways England Strategic Supplier Development team within its Commercial and Procurement Directorate with ad-hoc requirements. The contract will need to supply financial analysis reports for both domestic and international companies as increasingly the parent companies of Highways England's suppliers are registered abroad. The reports are also required to include assessments of the following areas (or equivalents) for individual companies:
- financial strength
- risk indicator
- failure score
- payment profile indicators
- maximum credit rating
