Proposed works involves the following:
- Re-roofing of some of the flat roofs (roof Area 1-3) at Westminster Hospital Shaftesbury.
- Replacement of rooflight’s and glazed lanterns as indicated
- Alterations to existing door and window openings to form new flashings for new roofs
- Alter Water Tank Plant Room upstands to suit new roof
