Overview for Further Competition

The Invitation to Tender document has been produced to identify a suitable Supplier who in the Council's opinion represents the most economically advantageous offer for the provision of the goods during the period under the Contract.

The Further Competition will comprise one stage:

• An Award Criteria based upon an evaluation of price and quality in accordance with Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM3733 Technology Products 2, Lot 1 Hardware.

The Tender submission will include completion of all questions in the Questionnaire and submission of the required supporting information where requested and acceptance of all Parts and Appendices.

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
