The University is seeking to appoint suitably experienced contractors under Framework Agreements, primarily to deliver projects within the existing buildings and Estate These may include, but will not be limited to: Utilities Infrastructure. Enabling Works. Demolition/Site Clearance. Minor New Builds/Extensions. Structural/Faade Repairs. Refurbishment Works (major & minor). Specialist Laboratory Fit-out. M&E Installations. DDA Works. Conservation Works. Over cladding. External Landscaping. Backlog Maintenance Works. PQQ documents will be made available from Public Contracts Scotland asap. PQQ returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. Should paper tenders be submitted, they will be rejected.
