'To Procure a Scanning Probe system, Atomic Force Microscope to be combined with existing Horibal Raman Spectrometer (Model HR-Evolution 800)to allow tip enhanced Raman measurements. Optical access required from three axis. Objective scanner to allow alignment of laser spot tip. Software required for combined Raman and AFM measurements. Custom made Glove Box enclosure or environmental enclosure for operation under nitrogen atmosphere including cable and optical access. Possibility for measurements in liquids as well as solid samples. Possibility for sample temperature control. AFM should support multiple measurement modes including among others; conductive AFM with RMS current noise better than 100fA, scanning thermal microscopy and kelvin probe microscop. Computer controlled automated feedback system for high spatial resolution scanning (registration system noise better than 0.1 nm) Data Analysis software for post processing.'
