description
The provision of servicing, testing, maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of various Heating Systems (Gas, oil, air, solid fuel and any other heating appliances as required) where the property is owned or leased by either Council, so as to fullfil Landlord Gas Safety Regulation Obligations and the general maintenance of Properties.
The Contract is to run for 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years.
