Award of a contract for Consultancy on DVLA's Combined Heating Power's (CHP).
DVLA has two CHP's on its main site at Morriston which are currently managed and maintained by two separate suppliers to DVLA.
These units have been in operation for several years. During that time there have been significant changes to the site they are designed to support, and to the DVLA's operational and environmental objectives. As a result there is a requirement to review how they should best be operated in order to meet DVLA's current and future needs.
The study will demonstrate an understanding of current energy requirements and plant on the DVLA Morriston Estate and its future energy/estates strategies.
