Stansted Mountfitchet Parish Council wish to appoint a contractor to demolish the existing library and erect a multi-purpose community building (new library and council offices, approximate size 275m²) with associated staff parking, landscaping, cycle parking, signage/seating and refuse and recycling facilities.
