description
As part of the Town Centre Regeneration Programme, Crawley Borough Council is investing in new civic offices to replace Crawley Town Hall which has been the Council's main administrative base since 1964. Associated with the new Civic Offices, a further 7140m2 of Grade A commercial office space are being developed and will be available for occupation from early 2022.
The Council is now looking to appoint commercial agents to work with the Council to market the commercial office space and to provide design and facilities management advice to ensure the 'offer' will meet 'grade A' market expectations. The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced agent to undertake the following:
- oProvide advice on aspects of the commercial space to include finishes, layout, provision of services and the options for the facilities management approach of the tenanted space
- oProvide a marketing strategy and proposed marketing budget to facilitate the letting of the commercial space.
- oUndertake all marketing
- oDevelop proposed terms and negotiate Heads of Terms for any transaction
- oCarry out all appropriate due diligence in respect of any potential occupier to include a financial profile
