The Council is offering a number of small trade specific agreement to support the Council''s In-House Maintenance Team. Contractors can submit bids for one or more Lots.
The Lots cover; general building repairs, roofing repairs, roof-line repairs, drain maintenance, Tarmac and associated works, plastering and tiling repairs, decorating, fencing, plumbing and heating, electical repairs and minor works, damp proofing and timber-treatment and cleaning and sanitation The Council is seeking a maximum of three contractors for each single trade agreement.
