The Council wishes to procure the services of a specialist contractor to carry out Piling works and renewal of RC Capping Slab at 44 Grove Hill, Emmer Green, RG4 8PR, Reading.
The work shall be in line with attached specifications
Contract duration is approximately 4 weeks., Firm Contract start date to be agreed.
The works specification / pricing schedule are as contained on separate attached document
The quote which you have provided will be subject to the attached JCT minor works building contracts 2016.
