description
The overall aims of the project are to update and improve the common framework and guidance for understanding and measuring social value impacts across GB rail industry organisations, projects, and programmes and to develop the framework into a tool that supports and enables wider uptake of consistent measuring, monitoring and reporting social impacts across the rail system.
This project is split into two work packages with the following objectives:
Work Package 1 (WP1) Enhance and update the current social framework
Work Package 2 (WP2) Develop the current framework into a tool
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
