PROVISION OF QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (the "Council") would like to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide Quantity Surveying services.

The Council intends to award a contract for 12 Months. The anticipated start date of the contract will be on or around the 1st February 2017. It will be a requirement of the contract that interested organisations would have to be RICS certified (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), for their tenders to be evaluated and proof of certification will be required. Organisations would be expected to demonstrate that they have experience of using the Term Partnering Contract (TPC)

All Invitation to Tender (ITT) responses, should be submitted via the CapitalESourcing (www.capitalesourcing.com). All organisations wishing to express an interest should register as a supplier on the CapitalESourcing Portal as soon as possible. ITT and all relevant documents are available to be downloaded through the Portal on 06/12/2016. The ITT documents contains instructions for its completion together with the qualification criteria. The award criteria for this contract is 30% quality and 70% price.

All received tender responses will be evaluated and contract awarded to the contractors with Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). Award notification will be sent to the successful contractor subject to Cabinet Member Approval. The anticipated contract start date is the 1st February 2017.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT's is 22nd December 2016 by TIME (12:00 noon). Please note that the Council reserves the right to reject any completed ITT received after this time and date.
