description

The No First Night Out approach to homelessness prevention:

The City of London and London Borough of Tower Hamlets requires an analysis of internal teams and their ability to embed key learning and practices of the No First Night Out approach. The work package will require a tailored proposal for each of the local authorities.

In order to embed the learning and practice of the No First Night Out project at the City of London (CoL) and London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) as a strategic response to rough sleeping, the CoL wishes to commission an analysis of what methods and resources the boroughs would need to continue to provide an NFNO approach after the formal programme comes to an end.

Consultants are invited to submit a proposal outlining their approach, timescale and proposed cost.

The consultant will set out the proposed cost for this work in their submission. The maximum budget available for full costs is £30,000. Please provide a breakdown of all costs.

Consultants should advise on the timescale in which they can deliver this work. However, we would favour completion before 31 January 2020.

To bid for this opportunity, you must be registered on the Capital E Sourcing online tendering portal. If you are having difficulty registering on Capital E, please email commissioning@cityoflondon.gov.uk
