Tender for the provisioning of a Town Link Radio Solution (TLRS)

The aim of this tender exercise is to procure a partner for the provisioning of the Town Link Radio System Solution. The Town Link Radio System (TLRS) has been in existence within the Town for many years and provides businesses with an effective tool to combat crime. Over 100 Town Centre and Seafront businesses share information and intelligence, working together in partnership to help develop and enhance a safer trading environment in the Town Centre and Central Seafront of Southend-on-Sea. The TLRS links directly into the CCTV control room. The initiative aims to prevent and detect crime in the Town Centre and Seafront to disseminate information on active criminals amongst this partnership.

The deadline for receipt of clarification requests relating to the procurement is: 14:00 Tuesday 1st August 2017.

The deadline for submission of completed Tender Responses is: 14:00 Wednesday 9th August 2017.
