GB-Sheffield: Colleague Engagement Survey Design and Services

BBB requires a business partner to provide a colleague engagement survey suitable for all colleagues to use based on current engagement questions and with the option to ask some questions specific to BBB such as questions about our values.

The selected supplier will be required to work with BBB HR to agree the questions and branding for the survey. From that point, the supplier will be required to set up the survey; provide briefing material for all colleagues explaining how the survey works and how to get the most out of it; provide an application suitable for colleagues to provide survey responses on; provide a report with survey results and if possible provide comparisons to norm groups. In addition, we would expect the selected supplier to help us understand the hot spots and present twice a year to our Exco committee. In addition, we would expect a pulse survey half way through the year.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
