Consulting Programme Support (PA Consulting)

The duration of the entire contract is 3 months, deriving of the following roles:

Operational Model Lead - 3 months

Lead on the development of the Online Crime Centre ("OCC") detailed Operational Model design for Years 1-3: this includes the following:

• organisation design (roles, reporting lines etc),
• interaction model governance,
• high-level priority process mapping

Output: Delivery of operational model for years 1 to 3 as agreed with the Programme Lead and ratified by the Steering Board

Operational Model Support and People Strategy - 3 months

• Support the development of the OCC detailed Op Model design for Years 1-3
• Lead on the drafting of necessary job descriptions

-Lead on the longer-term recruitment approach / strategy

Output: Delivery of People Strategy as agreed with the Programme Lead and ratified by the Steering Board

Senior Business Analyst - Evaluation - 6 weeks

Research and produce a report evaluating the benefits of Year 0 and what has been delivered through pilots and other OCC workstreams.

The report will be largely qualitative, with some quantitative inputs where available.

Output: Evaluation Report for Year 0 to be agreed by Home Office analysts that the method matches their evaluation methodology and robustly supports the business case.

Quality Assurance - 2 days p/month

Assure the quality of:

• Operating Model
• People Strategy
• Evaluation report.
