Newry, Mourne and Down Council require the exterior of the Newcastle Centre to be fully scaffolded (full height up to eaves level plus handrail level around the entire perimeter of building) and fully wrapped to allow Contractor's access to carry out repairs and upgrades to external fabric and roof of the building over a 6-week period.
