description

The Services to be provided by the Supplier are outlined below:

The Department requires a case management system that provides:

  • Data entry: capture, tracking, and storage of new and existing casework.
  • Cloud hosting for integrated systems: support and maintenance for system integration relating to scheduling and resource management, and partner system hosting.
  • Data migration: import and export of data from existing systems; data sharing relating to partner systems.
  • Controlled access: licences for users; appropriate access and permissions.
  • Ongoing support and maintenance: for business as usual; helpdesk function.
  • Standardisation: document templates; reporting functionality; support with report writing.
  • Training provision: across different system functions.
  • Continuous improvement: system enhancement; system stream-lining; configuration changes; servicing of change requests in response to changing business needs.

The case management system will allow both the EAS Management Team and the Senior Management Team in Labour Markets to continue to have greater oversight of the work being undertaken, and to increase resilience and transparency into the processes. It is expected the solution will continue to be cloud-based to reduce integration and siting issues.
